Our policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Refunds - Colour
Colours may differ based on the device you're viewing the website on. As such, we will not provide a refund based on a change of colour or the colour not being as you expected.
But, if you reicive a product in a completely different color, than you can ask for exchange or return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Lost or Stolen Packages
SAvenue is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Arrela will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
